Hello Everyone,
I hope my name doesn't come off as arrogant because it's not intended too. It's a nickname my friends gave me a while back in the loan business and I use it as my logon because it's easy to remember. I have an extensive background in Home Loans, Money Management, Financial Planning and Strategy and now self promotion, writing and marketing.
I am not going to lie I am here for a couple reasons. The first is to offer genuine help to anyone who needs it. I currently operate a consulting business where I guide people through the mortgage process and how to find the best mortgage, avoid junk fees and hidden costs and make the best use of their money. Of course the problem with that is generally it's local because of all the paperwork you need to do the assesment. That brings me to the second reason I am here. Self Promotion. I have just completed an ebook on this very subject which is very extensive on how to go about getting a mortgage. I would like to email a few FREE copies to some people in exchange for some testimonials I can use on my upcoming website where I will be selling the book. I understand the advertising policy so until I have become trustworthy and credible I will not post a link or self promote other than if someone wants a copy of my ebook. I appreciate you letting me come on your forum and I hope I can answer questions and offer help to anyone who needs it. |

Hi, welcome to the forums.
I hope you will help us grow by providing good information that helps people. When you do that, the quality of the information speaks for itself. It sound like you may have some good information to share, and I hope you will be able to do this in a way helps are our forums. |
