Has anyone had trouble buying leads from Hellolender.com? We paid for 100 leads in November and have not recieved any yet. They are supposed to do local advertising to generate exclusive leads. They will not show us where the advertisements were placed. We cannot even talk to the owner, he refuses to return our phone call. What can we do about this??? We felt good about doing business with them because they advertised in Broker Mag and even checked with references they supplied. It has been two months and nothing.

The best leads are the ones you develop yourself.
I have not heard of this lead provider before and like as not they will continue their game under different names.

I have been in contact with several other people that have paid for leads and never recieved them. Apparently, these guys never entended to provide leads. They are advertising on various forums and actively Spamming small brokers as we speak. They even have a PR firm they work with. BEWARE and please spread the word.
