>>>AND SOMEONE QUOTED ME THIS AS AN LO FOR ANOTHER BROKER:

It is my old employer, the arch evile enemy to anyone who doesn't know the entire process, the lender from hell

ALS, aka Broker loan services, AKA:

The Brother's ,

A Wall street end lender.

You either live with them or you chose to dislike them. (oh, I forgot yo'all just try to find a home? This is not your Lender-find a pass through broker.)

My time there was based on what I could learn, and how to understand it all. They paid me well, for my "tour of duty."

Load up the trucks kids....for an email I will give you the "magical mystery tour," and it could blow your head and credit line away....

chow are you saying you've had horrible experiences with Aurora? They just did a rush job on a doc purchase for me and they also got docs out on another deal with absolutely no fuss on the conditions... I guess it just depends on what branch you deal with but Irvine, CA has been good so far.

I used to work there until they shut our office down after they bought it.

I used to have horrible issues with the east coast office of BFS when I was a broker/owner. The AE lied, he told my LO's to do things that were unethical, and they were newbies, and he knew it-so he didn't think we went through files and listened to phone calls.

I called our rep for Indiana the other day, the gal is the same gal who worked in our sales dept at SIB. At least I know she won't ask anyone to lie to get a loan done!
