yep..stay away..they will steal your transaction and leave you with nothing..they are just broker brokers......run!

They are not subject to RESPA, and when they are-they pull out.
It's hard money, what would you do if you loaned your money?
I'll be honest with you people. I loaned money to people, who my hard money people laughed at, and guess who had to hire a collection agency?
me.
Guess who might have to actually take a week or two staking out a skip?
ME.

What are my cost Becca?
I have to travel, secure a hotel and car. Hook up with skip tracer's in the area, I've lost 30-50% of my contract, and then I leave my husband sitting at home while I go into the "wild, wild west" he married me to get me out of?
Last time I checked the only thing that would drive me to the" Wild Wild West"
is Honor. I have a rifle, and shells. Is that Honor?
(do any of you know guns fire shells, or bullets?)
