anyone have any idea who will do a Lot Loan? not raw land. its in a new developement in Florida....

| I know our equity does land loans @ 70% with a 700 score. I imagine someone has better. You can always check with our wholesale to see if they offer that on the broker side. |

| On the broker side it is tough to a lot loan anywhere with a high LTV no matter what the score is. I have a friend who may be able to go up to 80% but they charge allot in points because he knows that noone can do higher than around 70% anyway. If you want me to look at it, I could. |
