My Introduction

Please, don't nuke my post! I plan on being here for a long long time and I promise to be active :D

First off, a little about me and what I do. My name is Jason Campos and I work for Calwide Mortgage & Realty in Fremont California. I am a fairly new loan officer there, but I think I am learning the ropes fairly quickly. I also just passed my California DRE Salesperson Exam and I am in the process of applying for my 18 month license.

There are a couple of reasons why I am here on these forums.

1- Network with other people in the business
2- Learn

Calwide does just about any type of loan you can think of since we deal with so many lenders.... from a-paper to hard money, I can more than likely find you a loan. Although most of the business I conduct is local to Northern California, I can work nationwide as well. I am looking for a few good realtors, appraisers, and credit repair specialists that are local to my area and work on establishing a business relationship with each of them.... you know what they say... "You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours".

I moved this from advertising since it's really an introduction. Most of us have wandered into this area to introduce people and greet newcomers.

yes agree to chow the best way is to read and then ask. and your reading should be like that you should not asked a question whose answer is already in the reading :D :D :D
