| any body have a lender for a cash out refi on a non owner occupied with no seasoning requirement, credit score 667 stated self employed, loan is in maryland |

| most lenders can do a cash-out refinance on a non-owner occupied. It all depends on what the LTV is. Based on the credit scores, it should be no problem doing it, the rate would be on the high side cause it is a NOO Cash-out Refinance. the max LTV is usually 90% with New Century, CountryWide, Mortgage Capitol. |
