| Hello My name is Jorge and I'm a loan officer and Im looking for a manufactured home lender in california I have a manufactured home on its own land I can go full doc with a 720 mid fico and the loan is for 250k at 80% cltv. I will appreciate any help. |

| Am I missing why this wouldn't be a standard conventional loan? Admittedly, I don't do a whole lot of them, but if you're doing a full doc 720...as long as it meets the MFH guidelines... |

i have seen this before.
the problem is: the land value far exceds the value of the mfr home. this looks like a land loan. <= more down, higher rates
otherwise... people would be dragging trailer houses out to their deer leases to get more favorable financing. :D |
