I have a client with a 667 mid score who is buying a SFH in Florida for 250,000. The main thing is, the seller is closing on it on the 12th of January, and my client is buying it from him and wants to close on the 1st of February. If you are an AE and you can do this let me know I have all docs ready

If you are a lender and can close the deal let me know

This raises red flags on seasoning issues. Is the seller going to lose out on some sort of deposit if he doesnt buy it before your client. If not have your client step in and purchase it for himself. Also, is the seller selling the home for more than he purchased it for?
