I need a title company in Virginia that has reasonably short (days, not weeks) turn around times, and are going to enjoy working with 2 borrowers that are out of state. Anyone have a good contact that i could call upon? Property is in Clover, if it matters. If they happen to be in the Virginia Beach area I would like to put in a good word to use them on 1 to 3 other deals I'll be working on in that area, so it won't just be a one time thing if possible.

Either post here or send me a private message. Thanks!

I generally use a direct Land America office when I go out of my circle of known companies. I've always just called a few off the website, and asked what the turn times were, and mention I have more than a couple of deals.

I know you posted this over a year ago, but I thought I would reply anyways.

I just wanted to send a brief note to introduce Dolphin Title, Inc.

I don’t know if you currently have a working relationship with any other title companies or law firms, but I would like to invite you to give my company a try. There are a few things that set us apart from other settlement agents. The biggest differences are we always travel to you or your client, day or evening and we are a small agency, so you and your clients always get that personal touch during every step of the closing process. We personally guarantee all of our closing to be professional, affordable, convenient and efficient closing

My goal when opening Dolphin Title, was to create a better closing experience. We have all heard the many horror stories of closings. Somethings are out of everyone's control, but more often then not many problems could have been avoided if the lines of communication were more open between all parties involved. I love to get feedback from realtors and mortgage professionals about their closing experiences, not only with my company, but others as well. I believe that we are all on the same team.
