hi this is my first post, i am a direct lender, new to the industry, looking for someone that can do stand alone 2nd (closed end 2nd) to 100CLTV. the borrower has 628 mid score, 3 tradelines open - 2 of them for 12 months and one of them for 3 months, we are goind stated income verified asset, has 2 mo's of reserves...... (Please Help)

If you cant find anyone let me know, I can do the 100% for you but not the stand alone

Are you a Loan Officer? Some of these situations you are reposnding to are for the most part-Loan Officer's looking for a lender.

Could be any number of reasons. There are a number of people who have stuck around however. Considering how slow most people are in the market, the fast buck is back. This isn't a site for that kind of activity.

hmmmmmmm.... I wonder why? This should not be called a mortgage forum, they should rename it the chow and haplo advice column

Try any of the following: National City, Southstar, GE Equity (Scores have to be above 660 though), or even Firts Franklin (www.ff.com) Let me know if any of these work...
