If you're looking for a new home to hang your originator license with, I suggest you wander over to www.mortgagegrapevine.com.
Clearly state you are looking for a new shop to work for, and what your niche is. You can place a ad seeking employment, but you can not place a ad offering your services.
Good luck, It appears you like working with flips, and those are a challenge. |

He's been there already Kathy. No real luck as far as I can tell.
I would suggest changing the request from "lenders" to read brokers. But who knows? Lenders might be what they are really looking for afterall. |
