Have a FULL FILE, Client middle socre is 619. Indiana Loan. Home appriased at 155,000 value needed 124,000 (80 LTV). Cash out refinance - the only problem is: Have cancelled checks, but they are not consistant, since clients put 17,000 of their own funds into the home, remodleded it, and did maintance on the property. Clints have lived in the home since Mach 18, 2004 Have all the receipts, and cancelled checks that I have.
