| I have a borrower who needs 100% LTV w/ 574 score, catch is borrower works for a temp agency and had 2 credit cards in CCCS. The co-borrower has a lower score, but income helps to dti. I just need help!!!!!! Any suggestions- and please keep the smart comments to yourself, this is a personal friend of mine, that's why I'm trying to get it done, otherwise I would have gotten 90% and been done with it. |
