| In the wake of the worst hurricanes and tsunamis in modern times, it seems that beachfront real estate is looking a lot riskier. People will probably be a lot more afraid to take vacations to the beach, affecting the rental business, and owners are going to be faced with worries about property damage. Surely, insurance rates will also go up. Do you believe this may be a good time to find some great values? |
