Well, the big loans are hard. Hey Becca, make you a deal-I'll set you up with a mentor for these- if you set me up with some "first time buyer" materials. ( i just want to look at a few different ideas)

Nothing ventured, nothing gained?

I promise the mentor is harmless, he's just a good guy who can steer you in the right direction, or help you. You choose, but he will give/ toss you a few bones if you tell him I asked, he might even like the knee's!

You'll have mail......tell him "chow" sent a note, and while you're at it, you may as well say

"Red Rover, Red Rover, send a Commercial Broker on over".........

I would try to help you myself, but My Dad isn't doing so well today, so I'm kind of half packed for a flight to Tampa. But I will forward the message and link to this thread.

You two will get along fine

(He likes knee's)

Nikko,

Down Boy!

okay, now the dog is giving human's commands.
Becca, the contact guy I gave you is a good guy. Even if you have to co broker it with him, he's fair.

(you know-it's a learning curve, and this is a large loan. You're better off with help, advice and sharing-and learning.)

Hope you all get together, and make sense out of this package. Becca-I will be in touch since the relitter's tried to do this homebuyer class on their own-and you can guess where that went????

Chow, I noticed you said something about your father not being well. I hope that everything turns out OK for him and your family. My best wishes are with you.

Nikko- He's a cat, and he's driving me up and down every wall of my house!
Ever have a parent who had 9 lives???????

My Aunt got off the ohone with me a few minutes ago. She just chuckled and said .....

"You know your Dad just keep's thinking he should be able to do what ever he wants to."

What do you say when your dad raised you to believe you could do anything you wanted to do. And he followed up that-with that belief-with his own physical disabilities never standing in his way?

Example: Ford makes cars with locks people can't open with fingers because they can't feel them. Dad call's Detroit, talks to them and they said what he wanted-couldn't be done.

I'm here to tell you- Two weeks later, he drove a ford up to the plant where the "engineer's" were at-in Pontiac Mi, who said "can't be done" and he showed him how to engineer the lock systems for physically challenged people.

Now, anyone want to hear about the boat he built? The planes he designed or the whole event that got this inventive mind going...

The first attempt at an artifical heart, with radio controls.

yeah, My dad is an inventor, and

I'm just a loyal Loan Originator....

"I- CAN do Anything!"

you all take care-I have to go attend to "bidness". XOXO
