I want to get $55,000 to pay off credit cards/car. Current loan $200,000, condo appraised for 255,000. FICO of 612.
Here's my problem. I live in an 8 unit condo complex, but only three are owner occupied. This has prevented me from getting two different loans. Anyone know of a lender who will ignore this? |

| jl, could you give more infomation about where you live (just the state please) and can you provide proof of your income for the past 2years? |

I am a lender that would like to take a look at this or at least get my UW team to look at it.
If we can get a broker here involved to provide me with the 1003 and credit as well as the details in regards to the Occ. of the project, we might be able to help. I say "might" because this is on a case by case basis.

She was supposed to be working with Decision One and they were just waiting for title to come back, but I haven't heard from her in a week, and I'm getting pissed. |
