Does anyone know of a mortgages lender in the US who is willing to lend to american citizens or american residents willing to buy property in Peru? - We call it credito hipotecario -

Probably a more likely scenario in this case is someone would:
1) Get a personal loan
2) Purchase using a partnership |

When banks compete for your business......YOUR CREDIT GETS BLOWN UP!
In a shameless attempt to suck every penny out of a mortgage lead I've had clients who have gone to lending tree or other similar sites and had there credit run as much as 46 times in a week.
Needless to say this is very damaging to the borrower's credit. |
