Please don't attempt to post advertising in this area.

I would advise you not to place any thing that the average grandmother would find unsuitable for her grandchildren's viewing/reading in this area.

This is also not a place for links to other mortgage sites. We like our traffic to stay right here. It pays for the web space you all use here-for free.

If you want to place a link to something off the subject matter of lending, and it's non offensive, not porn, and you're not selling:

Services
Goods and services
Drugs, Vitamins, and Herbal Supplements.
Links that cross sell your services.
OR
Leading people to a site where they will get a virus.

If we catch you leading people any where that is offensive, is a trap for a virus, or anything like that-you will face being banned from the site.

I'm a fun Grandmother, but keep it clean! :wink:

No no, it's taken me 45 days to recover from the last 'useful information' link and it's a flat out zero tolerance on my side of things. You post a link, and we don't know you, it's gone. Period.
