Hey ya'll! My name is Stephen Ames, I'm a LO with Apex Financial Mortgage as well as co-owner of Adjustabel Rate Marketing, an ARM lead supplier...I"ve been in finance for 12yrs, mortgage business for 3yrs...I have a lovely wife(Kim) of 20yrs who lives me on our farm, along with out 5 Jack Russells, and an 18yr old daughter who just started Hood College in Frederick, MD on a full scholarship!...

In my spare time, bwahahahaha, I am a commercial pilot and flight instructor...I try to keep a few students at all times to maintain proficiency...My goal is to retire young enough to be able to teach flying fulltime for free!

Nice site, thanx for making me feel welcome...

I got to see some cool buildings that don't exist anymore today.

Only I wasn't looking over the wing of a plane....

I was in the Dental chair looking past a 90 foot needle!

I like his "view" better and I'm not a fan of small planes....

Is it bumpy over NYC in a small plane?

Oh, if you want to lose lunch-fly into Houston from New Orleans and come inland from the ocean....

I'm used to that bumpy feeling over the Grand Canyon areas on the way to/from Vegas or So Cal-but nuthing-even in a glider- ever beat that Houston approach!

I have a few minutes to burn while I wait for ABN AMRO to open so we can figure out what to do with our hail damage roof insurance check...(yeah, the insurance industry is so backed up!) Like I want a roof torn off and put on in the rain, or snow.....

You have a farm, what kind of livestock do you keep around? KY is known for it's beautiful horse farms. My cousin lives down there and has just a "few" horses.

Just wondering, the hubby and I are planning a "wander down south vacation" in Jan or Feb, and we haven't figured out just where we're going for a general direction yet. I should stop by my cousin's house since it's been about blue moons since I've seen him.

My picture you see here, is from our last wander south vacation. We stopped at the famous tourist trap known as Look Out Mountain, and Ruby Falls. It's corny, but we have to check up on the tried and true traps, just to make sure they are still there! :D
