530 FICO, stated income, HELOC?

Hi - i'm trying to refinance my mortgages (80/15, Interest only, 5 yr. fixed) and i've recently wrecked my credit (531) and need to get a stated income or no doc refinance. any suggestions? the internet is a big place and i have no idea who's reputable or where to start? i currently owe 75% of the condo's value, and would want to borrow another $30K - $40K to put me at 85% - 90% of the value.

Can anyone help or suggest some lenders I could call? I've got to get something figured out ASAP.
