I am new to this site. I haven't seen many scenarios on this site unlike the Grapevine but I'll give it a try.

I'm a wholesale rep looking for brokers to conduct business with and grow my pipeline and of course yours. I think of myself as a business partner with my brokers not just their AE.

I have flexible guidelines at 80LTV or less but can go up to 90LTV. We are the 2nd largest portfolio lender in the country. We lend in 38 sates. We have been doing ARMs longer than anybody in the country.

Niches:
Stated Option ARMs great for s/e, comm, fixed income, 1st time buyers.
A-paper rates for all (just need to qualify)
Up to 4pts plus $350 on A-paper rates
Foreign Nationals welcome!
True Bi-weekly re-amortizes every 14weeks!
Flexible guidelines
Quick turn around times
Low closing costs
Free trainings on my products and services

What you can expect from me:
Prompt courteous service
Honesty with my brokers
A real partner not just a rep

Contact me for more details.
