I am a first time buyer and everything for me has moved very fast and i am signing my contracts tomorrow.

| We need more information. Have you spoken to a lender? If not that would be your first step. Interview them to make sure you get someone that knows what they are doing and can help you through the process. You don't want to just be working with someone that is going to try and figure it out as they go. |
