Can i cancel the offer?

Thank you

If you haven't signed a contract, call them and tell them you changed your mind.

If you've got something in writing, read your contract.

Even if you would have signed the contract, the contract wouldn't be valid if ernest money was offered on the contract, and none was actually put in escrow. (at least it's not in Indiana)

Well- looks like you're still shopping!
