| Looking for a lender that can be creative and do 2 home loans or bridge or swing loans in Florida. I currently have my home on the market and my new home under contract. The contract expires 10/06/06 and would like to present a new contract to close. The current mortgage on my home is 223,000.00 home is valued at 285,000.00. The new home the contract is signed at 345,000.00. I am looking for the lowest payment possible until at least one home sells. The new home is a log home which complicates this even more. Only a hand full of lenders do log homes. I am approved with a lender for it but they don't offer any programs at 100% financing other then interest only, 30-year fixed, etc. |
