| We all know that buying a new home is a big investment and its a great feeling walking into a brand new home. There are so many homes being built and they are built fast. During the first initial walkthrough, you have a chance to find any defects in the home or things you find that might need some repairs. When you are satisfied, the contractors do the final repair of the homes and you move in. Well, what happens when something else breaks such as a dishwasher of crack on the grout? New homes have limited warranties that are in affect. Some builders have different coverages in terms of their warranties so be sure to read all of the material associated with the warranty. |
