I've been looking for lot loans in all the wrong places...
Met with a builder today that is buying 2 lots with commit to purchase 1 every 60days thereafter. Looking for high LTV lot loans in OHIO
Builder is looking for 1yr term IO, but open to whats available.
720+ scores and assets and full doc. Builder builds model home in subdivison and builds on lots max exposure is 5 lots held as any one time. Prices on lots are 50-60k.

| I am your Loan Officer! I have a lender that would love to give lot loans to credit like this, probaby an 80-90% LTV. Probably would need to be buying two or more lots at one time however: Minimum is 100K. |
