| Hi: Newbe here. Does any know of any wholesale lenders that service CA offering 5% (+/-) on 3/1, 5/1 and 7/1? Also what is this .25% 5year that I am hearing about. Payments as low as $140/mth on 500k loan. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :?: |
