| Myself, I am an LO (Loan Officer/Originator). What are you? If an AE, please list two or three of your hottest products. |

I'm a mix?
Since I'm retail at Wells I'm basically an LO, however I'm finding that a change of gears is worth the work, and so I actually have been working on getting a broker-in agreement with some brokers to see how that can work out. (Basically setting up like an AE, go figure!)
Confusing enough for you? |

| Soon enough, you will be an AEIOU. Watch out for that one! |

| As of today, I am a full fledged underwriter. I am no longer pulling double duty as an AE and UW. I guess that powers that be finally saw that I was running myself ragged trying to do both! |

| I was an LO at one company for 6mo, then another for 2mo, then I came here and the rest is as they say, history. |

| I started as a wholesale processor, became an LO, back to processor, foreclosure specialist, wholesale processor again, AE, retail processor, LO, AE and now UW. It took me 13 years. |

If there is a loan involved, I have either collected it, originated it, or investigated it, or bought it and resold it, and along the way I've done the due dilligence, the Quality Control, and .......
Right now, I'm enjoying the simple life. LO
I come and go as I please, I have a great boss. This is the second time I've worked for him. I like being a LO. I'm in and out of an office, I can work wherever, and I get out of my business-what I put into it. |

| I don't believe you Nikko, you're going to have to provide evidence. So far I have only confirmed that Becca is hot. And Chow's just got the cutest coat! |
