Are you asking me if it can be done, or if I've had it done?
My understanding is that it could be done, as long as it does not affect the structure of the house. |

| okay, I asked two different HOC's and got two different answers. Reason being is if you had a big room and wanted to break it up into two smaller rooms-then all you would be doing is adding a non load bearing wall and it didn't fit into my little blonde construction brain that adding a wall that did nothing but divide a room would be "structural." |
