| Looking for a lender that will lend in north carolina appraise value 70000 mortgage amt 38000 looking for cash out refi. |

| I am not sure if they are licensed in Carolina but I know First Street Financial now does hard money loans up to 70% LTV in California |

| Hello we are in NC, but that loan amt will be an issue. Our hard money goes down to 100k the lowest. Good luck to you on this one. |
