land is currently an empty lot with 1 fam house on a corner of the lot owner o., on a main commercial road, its worth average 1.5 mil (land ) paid off, owns since 1976
finished project will be worth about 4 mil, cost for project will be around 2.4 mil, $400,000 own money to invest, has all blue prints and permission and approval from city and state
assets, have restaurant, and an already existing Plaza in other state 5 units worth about 3 mil
father , mother and two sons will be owners together |
