| Found this board and was scrolling through some of the posts. Doesn't look like anyone actually posts loan scenarios. The Learning Center stuff w/ WillTygart is pretty interesting but other than that it seems kind of boring. What is the purpose of Mortgage Forums? other than talking about people from the vine.. |

| I would encourage you to help. It is a new forum. If we can get a few more loan scenarios posted, I'll create a section just for that. |

#1 reason I prefer this forum over vine is simply because there are no loan scenarios. Ask questions, respond with answers and help, but if we have everyone coming here to post 'hey i have a 50% ltv 700 fico can you give me 1%" every 5 minutes I think I'll pull my hair out (and I don't have much left!)
Plus it'll increase the cost of the board by an insane amount... |

| Should that happen Haplo, we can easily "compartmentalize" the loan scenarios so that people who like looking at them can go there, and others can look at other parts of the site. |

| A loan scenmario often doesn't tell the whole story. Also, it's just too impersonal. We are a closer group that that here. That's why I like it. And no, we don't make a general practice of bashing the vine. |

The vine is where they grow grapes for wine. Let's make a toast to the vine. :D
What we have here is something different. Hopefully some people will stick around and have a great community. Quality topics and posts are requested and appreciated. Please share your expertise. :D |

| I see a lot of referrences to the Vine, quite a few by me. I hope that you do not take offense to that David, none is meant. Most of us met on the Vine. I think that what we have here is a radically different, and dare I say better product. |
