Hey, I got to meet up with Nikko3 when I was in San Diego! We sat by the pool and had a couple drinks and had an amazingly awesome dinner!!
I got a picture on my camera, I'll have to see about getting it on here. |

We women aren't looking for men who dance like stick figures! :lol:
(btw, people were line dancing when I was in high school-it originally started with our african american society-the "country" bars just adopted it!)
So you fly all the way to So Ca, have dinner with nikko 3 and won't drive over here and spend a few days with us? Mr. chow and I are offended! :wink: I trust you had some good beach time, learned some things.
Why don't you come over here for a few days and do some prospecting? I know a few areas that are looking at rehab's for CDC projects. I can hook you up with them. When a whole commercial area looks at a project-homeowners follow! :wink:
I promise I won't hook you up with any country bars. We tend to hang out in more "upscale" places. But some of the people in my exchange club might have hollow legs, and enjoy micro brews-those would be the same people who like to revitalize areas. I tend to see this as a big project- ahhhhhh-with a lot of community services working together. We plan more than we drink.
Since I can't drink beer or wine or ingest anything with any type of yeast in it-you're safe! |

Okay, we are having a super sectet meeting of the minds for a Ribfest and we are going to be drawing on Naperville, IL and some Florida cities for guidance. We already have a go ahead for parking lot use at IMS.
Hmmm don't know anyone in Naperville do you? :wink: |
