|
|
Hi,
I am planning to buy my dream home next month. Well, if everything goes as planned then this would be my very first buying as far as such a big thing is concerned.
Well, I am gathering all the information regarding first time buyer deals on Internet.
Actually, I read that there are some formalities involved in it. I hope that it wouldn’t take much of my time, as I can’t afford to do that due to my busy schedule.
One of my friends suggested me about this forum. I hope to get all the relevant information related to link removed or first time homeowner loans from this forum.
I hope I’ll get some valuable suggestions and tips from this forum also. |

Welcome, we are very strict about new users posting links. The link in your post was removed. After you have been here for a while, the restrictions are not as stringent.
Thanks,
David |

| Have you started working with a realestate agent? If you don't have alot of time first you should find a good agent in the aea your going to be looking, because they should have the best knowledge of the area. Tell them what you're looking for and when you can spend time looking. If you don't want to work with a agent I know out here there are a number of open houses every weekend and you can see as many homes as you want just get your local paper or look for open houses on your local MLS web page. |

| Oh, I don't know how I forgot to say this. Know how much your looking to spend and how much you can afford. |

FYI,
In the past 3 years or so, I could count the number of consumers we've had stop by on this site from the UK on one hand.
This person was looking to advertise, and it was cut out pretty quick. |
