Hi,

Anyone know who might be able to lend for a California property:

2nd Stand alone behind a neg am
Stated
Fixed or HELOC
N/O/O
App. Value: 1,350,000
L/A: 150,000
C/O: 150,000
Mid FICO: 598
1st Loan balance: Approx. 925,000
1st Loan Rate: 6.8%
CLTV: 80%

Tried lenderlab.com, didn't come up with anything. Called most of the subprime lenders I know, nothing yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi RGabriel

I work as a mortgage adviser and have access to the whole of the market for mortgages. I have helped people buy property abroad I would need to collect some more details from you to see if I could help you.

In most cases when I have helped people purchase property abroad it was done by remortgaging a property in the UK to raise finances and then using that money to purchase property abroad. I can't really see any other way you could get a mortgage for a property abroad.
