Hello Everyone, I was planning for mortgage refinance and was looking for some cash out to re-innovate my house. A follow up question to this post is “do you use shills in marketing mortgages?” – not so much as in the negative sense of the diversion shill of Glengarry GlenRoss but in the initial “capture” stages. Obviously very effective technique in the introduction of camera cell phones but this was partially with a sex and lowered-inhibition-from-booze spin. I tend to avoid the “rah rah” seminars but the few I’ve attended definitely do use shills.
My gut says this approach is not effective in this industry but there are a lot of people who bite on the Nigerian emails (even the TN preacher’s wife/self-made widow) so I could be swayed by LO success stories.
Market is slow so I guess my moral compass is a bit off and I'd consider tacits from the lower end of the food chain. |

m2c,
I saw these really two good looking men-doing all kinds of things on some metal for a few hours. then I watched these women come out and do all kinds of yoga moves...
As the show progresses.....I lean over to my fellow Exchangites, and announce-
You know-If we could all learn these moves and be this age-and look like this-
We could get any thing.
Talk is cheap. Looks are skin deep.
Actually doing the job and making a career of it,
