FYI - I do consider this an ad, it's no different than 'I want to sell my website, here's the info' in my opinion.
Now you might wonder why I think that. Well it's simple. We're experts on mortgages here, not on what the value of your website is. So if you have a question about a mortgage or something similar, feel free to ask.
