I saw a posting on here saying that you can get Title Company leads for free. Does anyone have more information on where to get them? If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

A good place to start would be a title company ;)

I really just wanted to know if you deal with them directly or was there some time of company that gave away these leads, and what is it that I'm asking for. Are these titles that were ordered and never went any where and now there giving the names away? I guess what I should have asked was how do I go about it?

Your inquiry raises some interesting points within GLB. Personally I’d avoid any title company that would offer this even with out considering the “kickback” implications (not reality).

There’s just too much private information being transferred out there. Don’t you just love it when the Realtor ask for their "constitutional right" to know the FICO score of the loan applicant. UGH!

title company leads are good when you can get them. Realtor leads are even better. However with the market the way that it is right now those are few and far in between. It is that way in Miami where I live. How are those realtor leads working out for everyone else?

I have credit data leads if you need them. They're good for Direct Mailing and Voicebroadcasting. Give me a call if you're interested.

close some 'smooth' deals 'on-time' with the same title company.
send little smileys with all of your communication and be nice in general.

at one point, you can bring up the subject of that title companies realtor base.

if you truly have something to offer... they can introduce you to realtors

Title company leads have no relevance to GLB because they are a matter of public record.

To the poster, title leads are available simply if your title company wants to give them to you....

the problem with this is that everybody and their brother targets those things and your marketing pen had better be ultra-sharp when you solicit, otherwise you'll fall flat on your face.

Hey JohnnyBoy, Nice try busting on someone's balls but that person actually owns a title company, http://www.creditreportatlas.com  LOL.

Your listening way too much of Secrets! juberish teachings. The guy can't even afford to invest in advertising but yet he has the audacity to teach brokers how to market in the industry.

I would say I am surprised by such a juvenile response, but I learned a long time ago nearly all of them are unscrupulous.
