| I have a borrower who wants to do a purchase in NY. He has no social security number but he has had a tax ID for his business for three years now. I went to emigrant but they wanted him to come up with 35%. He has no citizen ship papers no green card just the tax ID. I have tried a few banks but emigrant was the only one I could find that still has the tax ID program. If anyone knows of a bank that would give him the loan with around 10% down stated owner occ. In NY purchase price 710,000. I would be more then happy for your help. |

| Doubt you're going to find a lender willing to take this risk without some sort of insurance this borrower will stay in the country! |
