I had a discussion with someone in another forum regarding distributing flyers to generate business. We talked about popping 50 cents to open a newspaper vending machine and then inserting the fliers into all the newspapers that were in there. Now, I admit that you will look pretty silly doing this, but it is a cheap way to get your fliers in people's hands, homes, trains and busses.
We also talked about hiring your kids and thier friends to go home to home distributing the filers in people's doors. Again, another cheap way to do it.
The question came up that no one had any good ideas for flyers. So, I created a couple and they are availalbe for free at http://LoanOfficer101.net/MarketingFlyers.doc
If you pull them down but are not sure about what to do with them, just post a note. Basically, those who get my course learn how to do the "No Mortgage Payments for One Year" deal and where to get the $2000 online shopping spree certificates for as little as $2.50 each. Here is where to get the certificates: http://www.certificatesunlimited.com
I hope these flyers give you some ideas as how to start generating leads.

I'm not certain, but I'd imagine that is illegal. |

| That newspaper would have all kinds of issues with that. A gal I used to work with paid the newspaper kid that did 3 subdivisions areound her to stuf some one page flyers into his route. Wierd thing happened-somone who worked in the advertising section of that paper and did the billing noticed this company didn't pay for it. Mama Mia, that a fine way to treat a kid! |
