790 - 820 Credit score, only owe $13K on two car loans one due to be paid in 13 months(5K) and the other 24 months (8K).

Will need a mortgage $250K, and possibly a bridge for $300K. Current home $190K balance on loan, appraised about $500K. Current home already on market. Salary sufficient to support these numbers.

Are you a consumer or a broker? If you're a consumer, you can talk to Becca, she's in PA. I do loans in PA, but I'm not going to admit to being an *expert* in PA loans.

If you're a broker, then we'd really need more information on what you're looking to do..

See the post in the loan talk forum.

Hi,
I am licensed in PA. Shoot me an email so that I can get some more details on the scenerio and I will get you an accurate GFE.
Thanks

Aaron, until you've been awhile please take your signature attachment off. People can find you by going through the member list. You're not an AE that can actually assist the Loan officers, so you have to follow our posting rules. Thanks, and welsome to the board.
