I have some lenders who will consider this as income as long as we can prove it. It would be easier to do a No Job or No Doc loan instead. Do you know your credit score? Send me and email so that I canget some more info on your particular scenerio.

Most lenders are going to want to see a "history" of receiving it of at least a year.
