Well. they are a lead broker. IMHO

They sell your information to mortgage people who buy your information. So-they are not a mortgage company from the looks of it. They just gather leads.

This is what lead me to this conclusion:

"Submit this form for a low cost and hassle free mortgage. ****Our Local Lenders will contact you within 24 hours offering mortgage quotes at the lowest possible rates, tailored to meet your requirements. ****Your information will be treated with utmost confidentiality. "

I entered some information on a NON SECURE area of the site....would I go further without the little security tag in place? Nope, Nada....
They also have rate posted without APR's another big NO NO!, and I didn't see where they said what states they didn't lend in-which could be another issue if you don't place that upfront. then we could go into another area of EEOC...but at this point, I'm kind of sounding like "Cedo".

And now that I see he's a repeat offender, I feel even more justified ;)

You want me to spot everything before my second cup of coffee at 5 am??
