Hello Everyone,
I found the perfect house . It has two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a large garage, huge kitchen and the yard has a secure fence. This house really is perfect, my dogs will love the big fenced yard and the kids are already talking about which rooms they want. This is the house i want and none other will be as satisfying.

Up to when i actually get the mortgage loan, have it approved and sign all the forms i was just dreaming. My dreams were supported and i owned my dream house with the support of a Mortgage Company. Regards,
Stephen Hawking.

m2c,

It's nice people talk about their own mortgage company in third person form isn't it? Too bad he isn't THE Stephen Hawking! (Because that man can read and comprehend advertising rules!)

Wonder how many fools fall for this phony testimonials – in the early morning hours to avoid the hatched of Hap or Chow.

Certain unfamiliarity with ORC 1322, or Reg Z for that matter. Love that page where they try to sucker the mark into providing personal data. Nice picture of a “lock” and assurances that “Service and Data Privacy provided by SecureRightsService” but as near as I can tell, there is not security.

Guess there’s one born every minute.

m2c,

Call Haplo if the place goes nutty this weekend. The Speedway Exchange Foundation is sending me and my old boss to a 501c3 accounting class for the next couple of days. Besides being a mortgage nerd, they are making me become a full blown accounting nerd!

You know what? I'll be able to let you in on all the in's and out's of Real Not for Profits!

If you want to get a real laugh, ask one of the DAPs for a copy of their 990. Required that they provide upon request but they can charge copying costs.

Actually, I'm doing this so I can learn more. The kids in central Indiana get help, I learn, and I get to spend some time with good people! Well, say a prayer for me-guess who is doing the opening prayer for a state meeting!
