Never considered a modular home before, but we are entertaining this issue since we have seen one going up.
We are looking at a modular log home where they deliver in two pieces placed on our foundation. We would like to purchase the land and the modular at one closing..... Possible???
Mid FICO score is 736. |

I love M& T Mortgage. They are wonderful!
They did my 203K when I first started out. They do a wonderful job with all kinds of construction, rehabs and they do all of the programs. I can even brag on the servicing, the 203K work outs and the broker relationships they have. |
