We are generating around 200 qualified leads a week per 10 telemarketers. That is a lot lower than it was 4-6 months ago since rates have increased. These leads are also all over the country and not in a specific area.

| Our branch does zero telemarketing and we have seen a significant increase over last year. 30% in both volume and units, as well as a much greater percent in purchase specific production. We have the same number of producing HMC's as we did last year as well. |

Well we are kind of in a different business than you since we are a lead seller but we do have a small team of LO's which take live transfers during certain days of the week. Our ratio on live transfers is 20-25% but we do not work all of the leads we generate.

Hey z south, I've been looking into live transfers myself and was wondering what company you use? I dont know which to try out. From your post, it seems that they work well. How many actually come in and how many people do you need to man the calls?
Thanks in advance for any help on the topic |

Welcome to the forums Mz :)
Would you mind modifying your signature so that it conforms to the signature thread in the 'loan talk' section?
Thanks! |

Hey Mz,
I actually work for a lead company and I do live transfers after we fill our customers orders. Its not a service we offer although we do help people set up their own rooms for live transfers. PM me if you want so more info.
If you are looking to do your own room you should expect 1 lead an hour per TM station. That will give you an idea of how many live transfers you can take and how many LO's you need in the room to take them. Hope this helps.
