If you are in Phx or the surrounding areas I have something special to offer you. It will go to the first buyer. We opened a one dialer telemarketing office in central Phx about 2 months ago. We now need a bigger space there to house more reps due to our rapid expansion. But instead of moving my 6 man office and all the furniture to the new location I thought would offer this complete call center at a discounted rate.

It's a 6 station predictive dialer. 5 telemarketing stations +1 telemarketing/manager/monitoring stations.

This dialer can produce anywhere from 20 to 30 GREAT leads per day with a full room for a 6 hour shift.

The office includes all furniture, chairs, desks, marker boads, managers desk, two couches, microwave, coffee pot, fridge, plants, AND FOUR MONTHS PAID RENT!!!!

I will also have one of my trainers there for 1 week to help train your other employees. I will also include the same AZ list I have running on that dialer now. (25,000 DNC scrubbed home owners.)

This is the perfect opertunity to have your own telemarketing room. Your phone bill will only run you about $500 per month unlimited calling nationwide. (Qwest)

NORMALLY these dialers cost $15,000 and the software is another $3,500. I have about $5,000 worth of furniture in there already and the next four months rent paid was about $4,000. The approved scripts normally run a company $3,500 and another $1,500 for proven rebuttles. During the 1 week training you will also be trained on how to use the dialer. Also included with the dialer is 1 year free tech support. ($2,500 value). If I forgot anything else that is prevalant to you running your room i will add it.

Normally I charge $35,000 for this same set up but since it's already set up I can give you the whole set up including the four months of rent for $25,000 obo. That is with the training, furniture, and dialer. All you have to do is hire your TMs and your ready to go. I could even put you on a 3 month payment plan. Give me a call and we can discuss.

Phone disconnected. :( We are offering a referral fee if someone finds someone to purchase this office. We hate moving and would really like to avoid it if at all possible. Give me a call if you think you might know someone that is interested in generating their own leads with a proven system.
