instead of advertising....how about a little friendly advice on how not to get BURNED....from a friend in the biz.

first and formost....check out the BBB. while it NEVER has positive comments (they only compile complaints) you can see clearly if there have been serious issues. i had a guy tell he was burned for three grand....i looked up the company and found 24 unresolved complaints, a pending investigation and they didn't even have a business license. guy deserved to get burned for that. my research took a total of 15 seconds.

second....check out there website...is it professional or does it look like a high schooler created it in web design 101. do they have a listed address? phone number? how about a site where there leads are generated?

are there prices legit....if it sounds to good to be true....it probably is. and NO....$10 exclusives don't exist. and if you found them....you'd make double selling the leprechaun sitting on top.

just a little advice, hope it helps.

and you have to ask yourself....if they are having a going out of business sale....why are they going out of business?

What would you mortgage brokers prefer:-

(1) a non exclusive sales lead for $15 (shared among four)
(2) an exclusive sales lead for $60
(3) Free sales leads with a revenue share on conversion?

Most of the time, the leads that I paid for never panned out because it was impossible to reach the people who said that they wanted to buy or sell. Others were completely worthless, even though the company claimed to screen them.
