I need to come up with some mortgage company names that go with some funny, off the wall- names of people.
(I'm doing test phone calls on my customer service reps, and they are so nervous about "Flunking" the test, that I try and break the ice with something funny when I see they are choking.)
Examples of what I've used:
Fred.Flintstone@Bouldermtg.org
Rosanne.AdannaDanna@snl.com
Alice.Cooper@nightmaremortgage.org
I try to keep the names of people that they would easily identify with the age group they are in. (30-50 age group) |

Haha!
I didn't mean for anything other than the excitement of playing with noobies ;) But I figure it also wouldn't hurt to have RL people call in with ideas that they may have to deal with, from people that they *don't* see on a day to day basis. |

Hahaha, I don't watch the show, but I get roped into it occasionally by the GF. How he made it that far was beyond me. Same with Katherine. She couldn't sing in key if she was a locksmith! (I know that was stupid but I couldn't think of anything else...) |

Thanks, keep them coming we need 300 more- all different names. Go with a theme. I've used some football players too. Problem is our system assoicates the names so we have to keep coming up with new names to make sure none of the screens get auto filled. arg!
Yesterday I grabbed some gossip rags and headed into my little hole in the wall. Next thing I know, a few of the people I already tested were at the stations outside the door, looking in to see what I was doing. They had to laugh when I started pulling names out of the articles. At that point I guess they felt compassion because a couple of them walked in with some names on paper that just cracked me up. (I did that to a few of them)
I use those when I can sense the person is stammering around with nerves. It does break the ice because I notice they relax a little and actually do better after that!
I did this retired Underwriter yesterday. He's all tense...He asked name: Aarron McGreedy. Your phone number? blah, blah...Your email address? A.Greed@maxsrp.com......All he could say was..."ok" |
